ATTENTION: On July 31, 2023, Shared Services Canada will launch “GCKey Multi-Factor Authentication as a Service”. As of that date, GCKey users will need to provide credentials in order to access their Victims Portal accounts. GCKey users could be asked to provide a cell phone number to receive a security code by text message (SMS) or by voice message, and then enter the code received to confirm their identity. This will improve security and help prevent cyberattacks, phishing and unauthorized access to personal or protected information.
